The Hand Shaoyang triple energizer meridian shares the same branches as the superficial temporal artery of the Hand Taiyang meridian: the zygomatico-orbital and the transverse facial arteries. However, the latter does not extend to the infraorbital region, and the former gives off small branches to the buccal region, some of which communicate with the transverse facial artery.
