| Supplies Hand sanitizer, alcohol swab, a stick for finding acupoints, forceps, press needles, cart (Containers for disposing of materials and disposing of medical waste and damaging waste), timer (or cell phone) |

| Instruction Apply press needles to ear acupoints for (non-smoking/obesity/hypertension) for the recipient, and then extract the needle immediately. Time limit: 5 minutes |

*Precautions
1) Auricular acupuncture can be left for until 2∼3 days in summer and 1 week in winter.
2) Remove if itchy or redness of the skin occurs.
3) The acupoints can be stimulated by hand even after removing acupuncture.
